Kids are not afraid to dream but as we grow up we are told that these dreams are too crazy, unachievable, or even unrealistic.

This is a story about why you should learn to say yes while others tell you to learn how to say no.

Parents usually tell us to focus on what’s “important”, to study hard, to practice any sport at to get better on it. But as we grow we start doing more and more things and life gets busy and complicated. By the time that happens people around us tell us to say NO “I can not go out I have something important to do”, or “No, I won’t join the theater company because I must put in extra workouts”.

But what if you just say “Yes!”. There are lots of people who have discovered their passion and they have even get to make that their jobs. And all of that started when the said “YES” to things they’ve never thought about.

This Yes theory is not about success or finding the truth about ourselves. The theory is all about seeking discomfort and finding a fulfilling and authentic life along the way.

I recommend this channel because it can inspire people to say yes and start those things they might have thought about sometimes.‍
